Seed Industry Private Sector Roundtables

In partnership with Kenya Markets Trust

Agri Experience facilitated a crucial series of roundtables that brought together private seed companies, regulatory bodies, and development partners to address systemic bottlenecks in Kenya’s seed sector.

These convenings were instrumental in building consensus around policy reforms, harmonizing standards, and fostering a more collaborative relationship between the public and private sectors. As a result, the Seeds Regulations were revised and gazetted in 2016, allowing for an increased private sector enabling environment.
